This dataset was collected October 2011 at sites around Bocas Del Toro, Panama, where historical coral coverage was known from the literature, mainly from Hector Guzmans records. Two transects were laid out at each site at depths 1, 5 and 10 meter, and photos were taken at each metermark between 5 and 30 meter. A framer was used with a field of view of roughly .67 by .75 meters.
