Description
This Source supports an architecture graduate thesis focused on the ecological and spatial potential of coral textures in Curaçao. The images document dead coral formations above the tide line and are used to analyze natural surface typologies for application in 3D-printed coastal protection tiles. These tiles aim to reduce erosion and support marine biodiversity, guided by case studies like BIOCAP (Miami), Living Seawalls (Sydney), and Hong Kong’s eco-tiles.
